Fish Are Smarter Than You Think
A lot of people out there seem to feel that fish are not the cleverest of animals out there in the world. Well look at the great salmon run, the ability to stick together to avoid attack, some may call this natural instinct but others clever wit. I believe that these two events and much much more are down to cleverness and further research has been done on tropical fish to prove this.
With this I am not talking about the average fish that you will find in your aquarium fish tank swimming around in theaquarium plants. The fish I am going on about with this are found in the French Polynesia.
One of the major contributors to us being human being is the ability for us to think for ourselves, to react accordingly and sucgh. So if you like, the whole phrase scratch my back and I will scratch yours comes into it. Well now it would seem a recent study has announced that certain types of tropical fish can now do the same.
The cleaner fish are called this because they can clean other species of fish but it would seem that they took a little nip at the ones they usually clean so that next time they bump into each other they know that the partnership is already there, simply amazing. Of course the big fish look out for the smaller ones in return.
So although you are not likely to see this kind of thing in your tropical tank it is still possible in the world of fish so it would seem that they are a lot cleverer than people first think they are.
So there you have it, just proof that animals could have many qualities of human beings.
