How Funny Cats Deal With Human Beings
Cats are intriguing creatures. One of the most interesting and humorous tales about funny cats was told by Rudyard Kipling in his Just-So story, 'The Cat That Walked By Himself'. A cat's demeanor can change in the blink of an eye. One minute they are purring affectionately on your lap, and the next they stalk off, aloof and cool. Here's how cats see the world of human beings.
When you get sick, your human will take you to a vet. This is a nasty person who works in a place that stinks. When you see the cat carrier being taken out of the cupboard, run and hide in the garden. Your owner will catch you but you must put up a good fight when she or he puts you in the carrier.
During the trip to the vet, you must meow the whole time. If you are able to force your claws through the bars of the carrier, give your owner a quick scratch. When you get to the vet, push your body right back inside the carrier with your legs splayed out.
When you return home, your owners will try and give you medicine. Bolt when you hear the pill bottle rattling. When they try to force your mouth open, wriggle out of their clutches. Somehow they will get the pill in, but you've still got a trick up your sleeve - throw up on chair. For an even better result, a Persian rug would be preferable.
One of the best ways to have fun is to wake up a sleeping human. Jump up and purr, head-butt, meow or walk on her or him. If you get no reaction, you will have resort to other measures. Rip down the posters, rattle the blinds or scrape your claws noisily on the bed base. You will succeed in the end.
When visitors arrive, pinpoint the one who hates cats. Jump onto the lap as quickly as possible. Any visitor that likes cats must be treated with aloofness and disdain. Don't give in, no matter how much they try to get your attention. If they persevere, a little nip on the ankle or a scratch on a stocking will work. Always follow visitors to the toilet and stare at them.
Finally, there will be times when you want to express your love for your owners. You can do this by presenting them with a disemboweled rodent, garden snake or a rodent. The expressions on their faces will show their appreciation. See just how funny cats can be!
